2. What is agribase.it and what data we collect

agribase.it is an informational/showcase site: it presents the software tools developed for modern agriculture (Registro Lavorazioni, Fuoco in Zona, BandiAgricoltura). It contains no registration forms, no user accounts, and no active data collection.

We do not use profiling cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site.

3. Why we collect this data (purposes and legal basis)

4. How long we retain data

Emails received are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where relevant, for the period required by law. Technical hosting logs are kept for the standard period set by the provider (typically a few weeks), unless security needs require otherwise.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

6. Data transfers outside the European Union

Google LLC and Vercel Inc. are based in the United States. The transfer of technical data to these providers relies on their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, request correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to ciao@agribase.it — we will respond within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling of visitors to this site.

8. Links to third-party sites

agribase.it contains links to the individual product sites (registrolavorazioni.it, fuocoinzona.it, bandiagricoltura.it) and other external services. Each of these sites has its own separate privacy policy, applicable when you visit them — this policy covers agribase.it only.

9. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority — Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing of your data violates applicable law.
